Viki was a _________.
Keith and Catherine Hayes who were psychologists adopted V in the year 1952 and took her home when she was only a few days old. V did not have any memory of her natural parents.
The psychologist couple brought up V with lots of care and affection. V demonstrated extraordinary capabilities in observational learning and she consistently outperformed other children of her age when given a series of problems.

What is the chief difference between Bandura's social cognitive theory and the operant learning model?
Bandura's social cognitive theory does not deny that the environmental or biological events influence behavior, but the things which go on inside the person who is experiencing the event or in other words, the cognitive processes which account for learning from models.
Whereas, the operant learning model takes a view that observational learning is a variant of operant learning since the observer imitates acts which have positive consequences and avoids those which have negative consequences.
The main difference between the two is that according to Bandura, the mental processes cause learning whereas as per the operant learning model which is based on natural science, behavior including learning is strengthened through consequences. Bandura holds the mind responsible for learning whereas the operant learning model looks to natural events for explanations.
3
Bandura's theory relies on four processes. These include and_________processes.
Bandura's social cognitive theory does not deny that the environmental or biological events influence behavior, but things which goes on inside the person who is experiencing the event or in other words, the cognitive processes actually account for learning from models. His theory identified four different kinds of cognitive processes.
The blank spaces in the statement can be filled with " attentional " and " motivational ".
