The black tea, green tea, and oolong are solely made from leaves of Camellia sinensis. The procedure involved in processing of tea is the only thing that makes them different from each other. Advancement in the stage of processing would always yield a new variety of tea product.

What are the two xanthines contained in tea and chocolate, besides caffeine?
Xanthines are a group of alkaloids that are identified as one of the oldest stimulants. They are usually used in the treatment of respiratory diseases. There are three important derivative of xanthine - Caffeine, theophylline, and theobromine. Apart from caffeine, theophylline and theobromine are the derivatives present in the tea and chocolate.
Theophylline is the most potent methyl-xanthine drug that is usually used for treating respiratory diseases. It increases heart rate, contractility and efficiency of heart muscles, blood pressure, and renal blood flow.
Theobromine is another type of xanthine alkaloid that has no stimulant effect on the central nervous system and skeletal muscles. But it used as a heart stimulant and vasodilator (widening of blood vessels).
