Explain what is meant by "good enough" evaluation.
"Good enough" evaluation provides adequate information to achieve the purpose of the evaluation. It needs to be an accurate reflection of program reality, but because resources are usually limited, it does not need to measure entire populations or an entire universe of activities. Random sampling can be used to provide valid data, and existing data can be used, when appropriate, to reduce costs.
How can a logic model or theory of change help to gain agreement about a program's goals, objectives, and expected outcomes?
-A logic model is a graphic representation of the rationale and expectations of a program. It incorporates inputs (resources and activities) and outputs that are expected to lead to short-, intermediate-, and long-term outcomes or effects.
-A theory of change describes how and why a program's inputs and activities are thought to lead to the desired outcomes.
