Resume is a document used by a person to present their backgrounds and skills it is a single document and represent whole past educational and other qualifications of the person. The resume must be effective and in formal format.
As an employer, one will make up my mind for rejecting this candidate because this resume is not representing proper qualification and past performance of the candidate. I would not give a chance of interview to this candidate because The resume is not significant to call for an interview therefore, the candidate will not get a call for interview.
After examining closely it can be concluded that candidate has credentials that might make him a good employee.
