The questionnaire taken to critique is related to capital punishment:
The questionnaire contains the personal information and further four sections related to the capital punishment. The personal details include name, mailing address, contact number, and mail address.
The other four section of questionnaire contains the following types of questions:
• Close-ended questions
• Open-ended questions
• Dichotomous questions
• Filter or contingency questions
• Cumulative scale
The questionnaire is constructed in a better way to cover all fundamental principles to conduct the empirical research study. For example, social science through causation, different units, and validity on research and it considered the time dimension.
The research design is concentrated on the following:
The qualitative research designed is used in this study. Researched employed random sample survey. It is non-experimental research design in which the investigating is on the opinion of the citizens about capital punishment.

• 63.33 percent of the students (19 out of 30) reported most of the times they fear to roam in the dark night.
• 83.33 percent of the students (25 out of 30) reported most of the times they fear to roam outside after hearing that the crime has occurred in a nearby area.
• 66.66 percent of the students (20 out of 30) reported that very frequently school students are using drugs.
• 60 percent of the students (18 out of 30) reported school students are rarely involved in criminal activity.
