Suppose you were asked by your employer to develop a proposal for an employee assistance program (EAP). Which approach would you recommend: an in-house program run by employees of your organization or a service provided by an outside contractor? Support your choice. Suppose financial constraints limited the company to offering only two areas of service (e.g., mental health, substance abuse, gambling, financial problems).
