Practice backing up your work on exiting Medisoft.
1. To exit Medisoft, click Exit on the File menu, or click the Exit button on the toolbar.
2. The Backup Reminder dialog box appears, displaying three options: Backup Data Now, Exit Program, or Cancel. For the purposes of this text, it is recommended that you back up your work each time you exit the program. Your instructor will tell you where to save your backup.
3. Click the Back Up Data Now button. If a Backup Warning dialog box appears, click the OK button.
4. The Medisoft Backup dialog box is displayed (see Figure 3-29). Depending on the last time the dialog box was accessed, the Destination File Path and Name box may already contain an entry. Your instructor will tell you what to enter in this field.
