Print a procedure day sheet report for October 4, 2010, with the entire range of procedure codes, dates from, and attending providers.
Date: October 4, 2010
1. On the Reports menu, click Day Sheets and then Procedure Day Sheet. The Data Selection Questions dialog box is displayed.
2. Leave the Procedure Code Range boxes blank.
3. Change the entry in the first Date Created Range box to 01/01/2008 and the entry in the second box to 01/01/2018.
Reminder: the dates can be entered using the keyboard to enter numbers and slashes, or by using the pop-up calendar.
4. Change the entries in both Date From Range boxes to 10/04/2010.
5. Check the Show Accounts Receivable Totals box.
6. Click the Report Preview button. The procedure day sheet report is displayed.
7. Send the report to the printer.
8. Exit the Report Preview window.
