Schedule Lisa Green, a new patient, for a forty-five-minute appointment with Dr. John Rudner on November 15, 2010, at 1:15 P.M.
1. Verify that November 15, 2010, is displayed on the schedule and that Dr. John Rudner is selected as the provider.
2. Double-click the 1:15 P.M. time slot.
3. In the box to the right of the Chart box, key Green, Lisa. Press the Tab key to move the cursor to the Phone box.
4. Key 6145553604 in the Phone box, and press Tab until the cursor is in the Length box.
5. Key 45 in the Length box.
6. Click the Save button. The appointment is displayed on the November 15, 2010, schedule.
