The system of criminal justice has a systematic discrimination in prevalence. Murder rate among the B Community people seems seven times higher compared with W Community people. In the case of robbery arrests, B Community people are rated high when compared to W Community people. For robbery arrests, it is 56 percent for B Community people.
Apart from that, the chances to provide pre-trial releases are less for the B Community people when compared to the whites. In Country A, there are many categories on the basis of color, belief, and community. This categorization creates discrimination in the criminal justice system.
