Take another look at the quote earlier in this chapter by Paul Hawken. He seems to be saying that it is not acceptable to use social perception as a way to further one's own interests (exclusively). Now find the Smith Hawken site on the web and any additional information you can locate regarding Smith Hawken or Paul Hawken and CSR. Would you identify Smith Hawken as a firm interested in CSR? Would you identify Mr. Hawken as an individual interested in CSR or personal social responsibility? Which model of CSR would you suggest that Mr. Hawken supports?
