You should identify a process, discuss the ways in which you will identify the process or product to be monitored, determine whether you will be measuring an attribute or a variable characteristic, describe how data will be collected, choose which control chart(s) you will be using to determine whether the process is stable or not, describe corrective actions to take when a process is deemed not to be stable, and describe how you will determine whether a process is capable of producing within stated specifications.
