a. We have noticed recently increased turnover among our marketing staff. We are concerned about this troubling development and would like to study its causes. We have hired an outside consulting firm to gauge the satisfaction level and attitudes of our marketing staff in confidential qualitative interviews. You may be asked to participate in this important survey in which you can recommend strategies to avoid the situation.
