Business Ethics. Mark Ramun worked as a manager for Allied Erecting and Dismantling Co. where he had a tense relationship with his father, John Ramun, who was also Allied's president. After more than ten years, Mark left Allied, taking 15,000 pages of Allied's documents on DVDs and CDs (trade secrets). Later, he joined Allied's competitor, Genesis Equipment Manufacturing, Inc.
