Felsher, a French professor at the University of Evansville (UE), was fired in 1991. In 1997 he created websites and electronic mail accounts containing the UE initials and names of university officials. He posted articles on the official-looking websites alleging wrongdoing by the officials. In the e-mail accounts he nominated the officials for jobs at other universities and directed the reader to his website for references. The university sued for false light invasion of privacy. Does it have a valid claim?
