Green Tree Servicing, LLC (Green) agreed to sell a used mobile home located on Ben Gordon's property to Patrick Johnson, a mobile home dealer. Green told Johnson he might have trouble moving the home, since Gordon wanted payment for moving and storing it. Johnson had advertised the home and Nancy Henson agreed to buy it for $12,200 and move it off Gordon's property. Johnson told Green that Henson was buying the home. After Johnson paid for it, Green transferred the title to Henson. Henson paid $12 200 and received the title with no liens shown on it. Henson moved half the home off Gordon's property but could not move the rest, since Gordon parked his van in the way Law enforcement officers confirmed that Henson had title to the home and the right to move it. The movers could have moved the van and taken the rest of the home, but Henson told them not to. For nine months, the half stayed on Gordon's property, whore it deteriorated and was vandalized. Henson sued for breach of warranty of title. Did Green breach that warranty?
