Green Tree Servicing, LLC (Green) agreed to sell a used mobile home located on Ben Gordon's property to Patrick Johnson, a mobile home dealer. Green told Johnson he might have trouble moving the home, since Gordon wanted payment for moving and storing it. Johnson had advertised the home and Nancy Henson agreed to buy it for $12,200 and move it off Gordon's property. Johnson told Green that Henson was buying the home.
