Write a two-page paper summarizing the results and/or information you gain from one of the following activities.
Create a record of your own (or a family member's) immunizations. Find out when and where you were immunized for each of the immunizations listed in Figure 1. Are there any immunizations that are still needed? When are you scheduled to get your next tetanus/toxoid immunization?
