Mason Company uses a purchase order processing system to handle its purchase orders. The broad perspective of the system is that an authorized purchase requisition comes into the system from the warehouse. A purchase order flows out of the system and goes to the vendor.
Required:
Prepare a detailed systems flowchart of the portion of the production system described. Show who does what by making one column for the production department and one column for the stores department.
Prepare a context diagram to show the high-level overview of this system as described.
