The hospital inputs each month are (1) hospital beds (100s), (2) nonphysician labor (1,000s hrs.), and (3) dollar value of supplies ($1,000s). The hospital outputs are patient days (100s) for three age groups-(1) under 15, (2) 15 to 65, and (3) over 65. The output and input values for each hospital are as follows:
