You will develop a weekly menu with a budget of $110.00 to feed a family of four. Describe the family. Is it a family with a 10-year-old boy and a baby? A couple and their parents? A family with teenagers? You must pick all your food ingredients from local grocery store flyers with food items and prices on them. Menus, including breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks for seven full days, must meet the daily nutritional requirements identified in the MyPlate program (see ChooseMyPlate.gov). Menus should also meet the specific needs of individual family members (formula, baby food, etc.).
