Employees Want More Feedback
A majority of employees (53%) say their only performance feedback comes from their supervisors. But many would appreciate feedback from other sources as well. This may help to explain why barely more than one-third (37%) said they have received useful performance feedback and less than half (45%) said their feedback was fair and accurate.
