What effects has alcohol use had in your life? Try making a list of the positive and negative effects your own alcohol use has had. Be specific. If you continue to drink at your current rate, what positive and negative effects do you think it will have on your future? What effects have other people's drinking had on your life? List family members and friends who drink regularly and how their drinking has affected you.
