Subject: Attending the communication class to brush up my communication skills
The purpose of this memo is to give reason, career goal, and a brief description of taking a communication class.
My name is Hannah. I have done my MBA from University of Chicago (Booth) Chicago, IL. The reason for taking this class is to brush up my communication skills that can be of great help in my career. It can temporarily help me to give a start up in my career and achieving my career goals in future. In my work place, it can help me in taking part in activities such as giving presentations, providing trainings, and organizing some awareness programs.
By assessing my communication skills I could draw a few strengths and weakness as follows.
Strengths: I able to make my point clear in a simple and appropriate manner
Weakness: I fail sometimes to read the mind of the other person

Comment:
There is a grammatical error:
For example, I able to make my point clear in a simple and appropriate manner…. should be I am able to make my point clear in a simple and appropriate manner.
Through online messages, people working in a virtual team can get to know about each other's thought process and can also get more ideas on a similar topic. People working in virtual time can exceed time zones, distance, and organizational boundaries.
