Inspiration Beyond Motivation. What are some of the reasons that people would be extremely committed to work for a company? Imagine that they would be willing to work late and on the weekends because they are so committed. Which of the reasons you have identified are universal; that is, which do you think would be true worldwide? Which are culture specific? Why do you believe some of the reasons would strongly motivate people in some cultures but not in others?
