The theories discussed in this chapter seem to be more relevant or leaders in large companies or multinational firms. Please discuss how these theories relate to our political leadership. Do you think we need to have "transformational" leaders running our country, "charismatic" leaders or "transactional leaders"? What would be the pros and cons associated with these different leadership styles?
