Organizational architecture can be described as the structure of different yet critical aspects in an organisation that is used to help focusing organizational problems. These features collectively determine the responsibility of decision making authority in order to commit for good decision making.
There are three aspects of a corporate organisation which are also the critical aspects of organizational architecture. First of them is the assignment of decision making right within the organisation itself. The second feature emphasizes on different methods of rewarding individuals which aims for improving their productivity.
The third feature is concerned with the performance evaluation system within the organisation related to both individuals as well as business units. For achieving success, it is required that firms assign the decision rights in a manner that guide the decision making authority to use all the relevant information in economic decision making.
