In a 2013 televised interview with Oprah Winfrey, Lance Armstrong admitted to taking performance-enhancing drugs during his cycling career. Afterward, Armstrong faced several lawsuits, including one from SCA Promotions, seeking to recover approximately $12 million in bonuses it had paid Armstrong for several Tour de France victories. SCA, already suspecting Armstrong of taking performance-enhancing drugs in the 2004 Tour de France, had tried to withhold payment of his bonus for winning that race. Armstrong had sued, and the parties entered into a settlement agreement under which Armstrong received the bonus money. Under the terms of that agreement, an award that "no party may challenge, appeal or attempt to set aside." How should this case be decided Explain.
