Every kind communication has its importance in business organization. The organization has to use different type of communication such as e-mails, presentation, and memos. Presentations are used to communicate new buyer, e-mails are conventional responses used for updating daily routine process, and memos are formal communication being drafted to different business people. There is a different role for each kind of communication, and each role of communication has its importance.
Employees mostly create power-point presentations and communicate through emails. The presentation is the best way to attract new customers by presenting a company profile, or a product portfolio. E-mails are used to communicate within the organization. This communication plays a major part in the organization and it is very important from business point of view.
The type communications employees receive are in the form of telephone, or e-mails. It is very important job of employees to respond rapidly to the sender of the message. It stands as an important aspect from business point of view.
Business organization consists of low level management to top level management. The communication from low level to top level should be correct and accurate. The important audiences within the organization are the top level managers who are capable of taking important decisions.
The most important external audience is the agent, freight forwarder, Clearing house agent, customers, etc.
The challenges of communications is the proper use of sentences with no grammatical errors especially when it is send to top level managers. Also, abrupt sending of insensible messages stands a major challenge of communication in an organization.
