You are a partner in the CPA firm of Gregory Rush. Recently you have noticed that your "inbox" on the local area network in your company accumulates ten to fifteen messages a day that are jokes and humorous stories downloaded from the Internet. Most of these messages are not very funny, but they all take time to delete, and sometimes in the process of deleting them, you delete important messages by mistake. Clearly the situation has gotten out of hand. Write an email to the staff about the problem and ask that the practice of distributing humorous email messages be discontinued. Be sure to explain your reasoning so you won't come across as dictatorial.
