The quality manager at Olvista Pharmaceutical Company is certifying a new process that must produce 95 percent (or better) good product before certification can be completed. A sample of 36 containers from the process line are tested, and 92 percent are found to be good. Formulate the appropriate hypotheses and test them using an ? = 0.05 significance level.
