With the use of human relations skills, the management motivates and encourages employees to contribute effectively towards organizational goals.
One of the most relevant trends or challenges to the field of human relations is "to enhance the experiences of the employees in the organization". This is because with hordes of industries and firms existing in the market, people are not in a dearth of jobs or earning opportunities. The only difference that firms can create for themselves is by offering excellent work environment to the employees. It is not very easy for the firms to match up with the demands of the existing and new generation by improving their job satisfaction. The firms are required to build excellent employee experience right from the recruitment of the employees to their exit from the firm. The employees are required to be constantly made aware of their value in the firm and for this, the firm has to show genuine appreciation and encouragement to them.
