Intrapersonal skills refer to the skills of an individual to manage his emotions and feelings in a successful manner and to manage himself in every situation in an excellent manner.
Interpersonal skills refer to the skills to deal with other people in a positive manner and to get successful in developing an amiable relationship with them.
Leadership skills refer to the skills to manage and lead other people in the organization and to motivate them to work in achieving firm's objectives in a successful manner.
Out of the above given three skills, the one that is strongest in the individual is leadership skills. This is because the individual carries excellent skill in managing and leading groups and individuals working under him in the organization. The individual is successful in making the employees to work effectively towards organizational goals and contribute towards its success. The individual is capable of encouraging and motivating employees in delivering best performance in the firm.
However, the one that is weakest in the individual is intrapersonal skills. This is because most of the times, the individual fails to manage his emotions and feelings in the situations he faces. He could not develop confidence and courage to face the situation and feel disheartened. The individual easily loses hope and has to be motivated by other people to fight with the situation. He finds it difficult to manage his emotions and divert them towards positivity.
