Step 1: Plan Your Week. Use Exhibit 4.3 to develop a plan for the rest of this week. Begin with today.
Step 2: Schedule Your Week. Use Exhibit 4.4 to schedule the rest of this week. Be sure to schedule a 30-minute period to plan and schedule next week, preferably on the last day of the week.
Step 3: Schedule Your Day. Schedule each day using Exhibit 4.5. Do this each day, at least until the class period for which this exercise is assigned.
Be sure to bring your plans and schedules to class.
