Answers should include three of the following criteria: race, color, religion, national origin, sex, age, disability, and marital/family status. Although it is not barred federally at the time of this book's publication, some states also provide protection on the basis of sexual orientation and gender identity.

Tunnel sequence interviews involve questions that are all at the same level-all broad open questions or all specific closed questions.
