PRINTING DAY SHEET REPORTS
Patient day sheets and procedure day sheets can be viewed and/or printed using options on the Reports menu.

CREATING A PATIENT DAY SHEET REPORT
1. On the Reports menu, click Day Sheets and then Patient Day Sheet.
2. Leave the Chart Number Range boxes blank in order to include all patients.
3. Change the entry in the first Date Created Range box to January 1, 2008, and change the entry in the second box to January 1, 2018.
4. Change the entries in both Date From Range boxes to November 12, 2010.
5. If it is not already selected, click the Show Accounts Receivable Totals box.
6. Leave all other boxes blank.
7. Click the Preview Report button.
8. The patient day sheet report is displayed on the screen.
9. Print the report, and then close the Preview Report window.
CREATING A PROCEDURE DAY SHEET REPORT
1. On the Reports menu, click Day Sheets and then Procedure Day Sheet.
2. Leave the Procedure Code Range boxes blank.
3. Change the entry in the first Date Created Range box to January 1, 2008, and change the entry in the second box to January 1, 2018.
4. Change the entries in both Date From Range boxes to November 12, 2010.
5. If it is not already selected, click the Show Accounts Receivable Totals box.
6. Leave all other boxes blank.
7. Click the Preview Report button.
8. The procedure day sheet report is displayed on the screen.
9. Print the report, and then close the Preview Report window.
