Dividethe list into three sections based on the type of service(primary, secondary, tertiary prevention) offered. If youare not sure what types of services are offered, call theagency/organization to find out. After you have completedyour list, write a paragraph or two about whatyou feel to be the status of mental health care in yourcommunity.
