It alleged that Chrysler Corp. committed wire and mail fraud through an "enterprise" consisting of the corporation, its franchised dealers, and subsidiaries engaged in various facets of production, financing, and marketing of Chrysler cars. Chrysler argued that these entities do not constitute an "enterprise." Do they?
