Networking can be regarded as the process of building a team that works with you to achieve success. You can start the following exercise now, but it will probably take your entire career to implement it completely. To start networking or make your present networking more systematic, take the following steps:
For each person in your network, think of a favor, however small, that you can return to him or her. Without reciprocity, a network fades rapidly.
