Z thinks that to deliver goods on time is very important in determining the customer's preference in buying online and its focuses on the timely delivery of goods. The company has been awarded for its best working culture and was included in 86 th rank in fortunes magazine in 2014.HR has a very important role than just the rule enforcer in Z. He educates the employees and protects the culture. Hiring for any process is very tough in Z where more focuses in being laid on to be humbler and learn.
Mangers are also encouraged to build good repo with employees inside and outside the office premises. A new employee is provided four-week training course. Managers are asked to evaluate the performance of employees based on the core values of Z. It has also created Z.com library where books are widely discussed and read by employees.

Z working culture is considered as one of the best in the industry. At the same time hiring process for jobs is considered as one of the toughest in the industry. Z focus solely on its 10 core values which determine its working culture. Off the 10 core values "embrace and drive change" is the most important that influences the HR practices the most. It is because adopting to change is critical. If an employee does not adopt to change his skills may become obsolete. Thus, willingly accepting the change will make him learn and progress more.
Off the 10 core values least important is the "create fun and a little weirdness". It is because one should be serious in his work and try to learn more. Wasting of time in funny activities is not going to yield much.
The 10 core values of Z and HR practices associated with it are as follows:
1) Deliver WOW through services: Employees need to give a positive response to customer complaints because the core value focuses more on that.
2) Embrace and drive change: HR practice related to the core value is mangers initiate programs regarding the use of new technology. It is related to change and willingness to adopt with it.
3) Create fun and little weirdness: Creating a work culture where employees feel free to relax and interacat.
4) Be adventurous, creative and open minded: Employees should be given opportunities to innovative the new solutions to queries and have brainstorming session related with new issues.
