Strategic Management

The importance of strategic management and its process is emphasized in the course. Students are required to integrate and apply their existing learning to strategic decision-making in organizations in addition to being familiar with new subject matter. The goal of the Strategic Management course is to examine an organization's vision and mission, examine organizational and environmental analysis principles, techniques, and models, and discuss the theory and practice of strategy formulation and implementation, including corporate governance and business ethics, in order to help students become effective strategic leaders.
