Sexual harassment is unwelcome sexual advances, requests for sexual favors, and other verbal or physical conduct of a sexual nature that explicitly or implicitly affects a person's employment; unreasonably interferes with an individual's work performance; or creates an intimidating, hostile, or offensive work environment.

In your own words, define the terms mentor and protégé.
A mentor is a seasoned and well-respected member of an organization who serves as a role model for a less experienced individual. A protégé is someone who is less experienced or new to the organization.

Why do communication researchers believe peer relationships and peer communication are important in organizations?
We spend more time at work than we used to and many of our friendships are developed within the workplace and other types of organizations to which we belong. Having strong relationships at work increases our level of satisfaction at work and may lead to greater productivity.
