During the planning and costing stage, the objective is outlined, the skills and expertise needed for the project are identified, the duration of the project and budget are estimated, and a basic prototype is created. During the designing and producing stage, the plan is followed and the project is created. Next, testing is done to ensure functionality on all target platforms, and finally, the project is packaged and delivered.
