Jessica, thirty-three, has been experiencing symptoms of post-traumatic stress. During a recent robbery attempt at the bank where she is employed, Jessica's life was threatened and she was held at gunpoint. Jessica's strong feelings and crying spells are overwhelming to the helper who focuses on Jessica's "survival" and ways to make her feel better. Jessica does not return for her next appointment.
