Jake Barnes has been posting customer complaints on one of his company's competitor's websites. Jake has never been a customer of those competitors, but he uses time during his work days to go online and issue negative reports to make his sales job easier. He uses the complaints posted in talking with customers in order to persuade them to sign with his company.
