A personal computer system always includes a hard drive. Hard drives provide abundant economical storage capacity for most users and provide faster access to files than other storage technologies. You work as an insurance adjuster and often work out of offices in different cities. You decide to purchase an external hard drive, so you can take your files with you wherever you go. In your search for an external hard drive, you notice that most ads specify the access time and speed of a hard drive. Since you believe the information is helpful, you decide to share this information with your employer and coworkers. What do you tell them about these two factors (access time and speed)?
