Use the following case scenario to answer short answer items. Sally is a mother of 4 young children. She is divorced, and works full-time at a minimum-wage job. She participates in the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program, receiving the benefits electronically at the beginning of the month. Many times, by the end of the month, Sally goes without food.
