History: a 73-Year-Old 81-Kg Male with a History of Non-Hodgkin's

History: A 73-year-old 81-kg male with a history of non-Hodgkin's lymphoma and moderate in situ adenocarcinoma of the prostate presents for transurethral resection of the prostate (TURP) .
