Juanita Phillips,an expert health and science supervisor for Kensington County Schools,has been asked by the school board to design a sex education course to be offered by all middle schools in the system.Juanita was given only general goals,together with the freedom to develop the course as expertise dictates.The following are the general goals given to Juanita: (1)"Students should understand basic reproductive processes," and (2)"Students should be aware of ways to prevent contracting the AIDS virus."
