Giving Praise.You word processed a short memo to John Richards,the accounting manager,whom you don't know.You gave it to your secretary,Chris,to send.Chris realized that you used the wrong last name,re-typed the memo,and sent it to John Richardson.Chris told you about your error after sending the memo for you.You have decided to give praise to your secretary for a job well done.
