So far,there have been few international efforts to address the problems of ground pollution,with the exception of MNCs dumping waste in LDCs.Countries have been left to their own devices to care for or pollute their territories.How is it that other seemingly domestic problems,such as smog or freshwater pollution,have taken their places on the global agenda?
